Order

We ask you to place your order online via our online shop https://www.giavinci.de.

The order confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address you provided immediately after completing your order. Please also check your spam folder. If you do not receive an order confirmation, your order may not have been completed correctly. Please contact our customer service team using our contact form so we can verify that we have received your order.

It is not possible to make changes to your order yourself after receiving the order confirmation. Please contact us before we produce your order. We will, of course, try to help you so that you receive the product you want.

Payment and shipping

You will find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation.

If you can't find a tracking number in your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service using our contact form.

Credit card, prepayment, instant bank transfer, Paypal

For urgent orders, we advise against prepayment due to bank processing times. Upon receipt of your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with our bank details. When making your transfer, please be sure to include your order number in the payment reference field. This ensures smooth and clear allocation of your payment. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be released for production. For personalized products, we also require approval of your drawing. If you have any problems with the payment, please use our contact form.

Your order will be delivered exclusively to the delivery address stored in your customer account. Delivery to a Packstation is not possible. Please ensure that your PayPal details are up to date and that you accept our Terms and Conditions. Your credit card or bank account information will not be transmitted to us. After you have entered your PayPal details and authorized the payment, you will be redirected back to GIAVINCI.

Simply pay with your usual online banking details (PIN & TAN required). Our payment system is TÜV-certified and incredibly easy to use without registration.

We are very sorry that your order did not arrive on the expected date.

Of course, we will refund you the surcharge for express shipping.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, DPD will leave a notification card indicating where the shipment was dropped off.

Express order:

The express courier requires a signature, so it is important that someone is present at the delivery address.

Notes

Acrylic requires different care than glass.

Therefore, commercially available glass cleaners should only be used for cleaning glass.

Acrylic is easy to clean and maintain.

The glass should not be wiped dry, as this may cause scratches on the surface.

Dusty surfaces should be cleaned with lukewarm water to which a little dishwashing liquid has been added and a soft, lint-free cloth (preferably with the lint-free cloth provided) and then wiped with a slightly damp cloth.

To prevent the acrylic panel from attracting dust, it can be treated with an antistatic plastic cleaner.

For heavier, particularly greasy, soiling, an intensive plastic cleaner or benzene-free pure benzine (white spirit, mineral spirits) can be used. Cleaning agents should not contain benzene or ethanol, alcohol, organic substances, or thinners. These can damage the surface. Please only wipe the real wood frame with a slightly damp cloth.

Duration of the guarantee:

Two years from the date of purchase of the goods. The prerequisite is that a material defect already existed at the time of sale or delivery of the goods. Material defects include, for example, defects, scratches, or incorrect product variants.

Yes, except for shipping costs, which are charged additionally (except for deliveries to Germany).

We can laser your motif up to the inner edge of the wooden frame, i.e. 610mm x 1,010mm.

Your file should meet the following requirements:

  • File formats preferably PNG (compression without loss of image resolution), JPEG or BMP.
  • Vector files are unfortunately not possible
  • Minimum resolution 4200x4800 pixels and 300 dpi (Important: The higher the resolution, the better the quality of your single-line drawing)
  • Maximum file size 25 MB

The size and resolution of the graphic can be checked, adjusted, and modified in any common image editing program, such as Photoshop. Please note that we do not edit or enhance the quality of the motifs/image data.

Discounts

The quantity discount cannot be given as a general rule, as it depends on several factors (type of motif, country of delivery, quantity, frame colour, etc.).

Returns of non-personalized products are, of course, possible within the cancellation period. Please contact our customer service using our contact form and request a return slip.

In case of incorrect orders (e.g. wrong frame color, defective electronics, etc.), please contact us via our contact form and send us meaningful pictures for the complaint.

As a lighting manufacturer with many years of experience, we guarantee high product quality and offer an exchange within 14 days. After inspection by our customer service, we will offer you an exchange for a new product or a voucher. We can only offer a refund for non-personalized products.

Please send us clear photos of the defective items using our contact form, along with an explanation of the reason for the complaint. Please also include the order number. Once we receive the photos, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will, of course, also consider producing a new item for you free of charge. Personalized products are non-returnable.

Please contact our customer service before returning an item. We will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-personalized products can of course be returned within the cancellation period. Please contact our customer service using our contact form (LINK) to receive a return slip. The original box with protective packaging must be reused. The packaging was specially designed for the product and for secure shipping. If delivery is via DPD, you will of course receive a tracking number via email as soon as our production department has created the shipping label. Delivery to Switzerland is usually 5-6 working days, and to the UK it is usually 7-8 working days longer than to Germany. If you have not received your shipment after the stated delivery time, please contact us using our contact form.
